Refactor styles to relative rem/em units and enhance accessibility

- Refactor hardcoded px values to rem and em across layout, components, and media queries
- Improve WCAG color contrast by updating --gold-dim token
- Convert hours table to a semantic description list (<dl>)
- Wrap hero logo in h1 for proper heading hierarchy
- Add database ignore rules to .gitignore
