Point Say Hello at Facebook, drop redundant Contact nav item

- Hero "Say Hello" button now opens the Facebook page instead of a
  mailto: link, matching the other social CTAs on the page.
- Removed the "Contact" nav link since "Hours & Visit" already scrolls
  to the same section (which includes the Find Us / contact card).
